How can I get the free trial version of the software?
Download the software you want from our website and install it. When you start up the program, a registration request window will pop up. Please directly click Try button, and then you get the trial version.
How to purchase your product and how long will I receive the license code after I complete the purchase?
Find the product you need on our website. Click Buy Now and finish your order. Please provide valid Email address when you fill the order form. We offer our users 24/7 Order Service, so normally you will receive the license code by Email immediately after your successful purchase. Sometimes our payment platform (PayPal, Share-It and/or others) will verify the information of your credit card and order before confirming. It will spend many hours. How to register my software?

A registered copy of the software allows you to use it only on a single computer, and only by a single user at a time. If you wish to use the software for more than one user or computer, please purchase a separate license for each individual user.

I lost my license code, can you send it again?
Sure. Please write to us at support@accmsoft.com, and please enclose your order related information (such as Order ID, E-mail address, name you used when you purchased, etc.). It is better to send us the email from your registration Email address. After verfiying your information, we will send you the license code again.
If I purchase your software, can I upgrade it for free in the future and how to apply the upgrade?
All registered users have a right to upgrade their products. There are some different policy for upgrade of some products of us, for example, free upgrades for a lifetime, free upgrades for 12 months, or free upgrades for minor version. Please learn more about the upgrade policy of a product from the information page of the product.
Note: License code you purchased for the old version is invalid for the upgrade version.
After releasing an upgrade version program, we will send you a notice email. If you are a registered user and did not receive the email, please write to us at support@accmsoft.com from your registration Email address, and please enclose your order related information (such as Order ID, E-mail address, name you used when you purchased, etc.), and please add our Email adress to the white list of your SPAM filter. After verfiying your information, we will send you the upgrade notice email again.
Free upgrades for minor version
Minor Version Updates: All minor version updates are FREE of charge. A minor update might add small features, improvements and fix any bugs that were found in the program. Minor version updates are released frequently, usually several times a year, but we do not guarantee their exact quantity. You can know if an update is a minor one by looking at the version number. If the first part of the number has not changed, it is a minor update - so if you have version 3.0.5 of a program, then versions 3.0.10, 3.1.15, 3.2.18 and 3.3.16 would all be examples of minor version updates.
Major Version Upgrades: Upgrading to a new major version of a program requires an upgrade fee. Normally you will get a discount of 50% OFF of the standard product price. A major version upgrade adds lots of new features, and may even be rewritten from scratch. Major upgrades are not released very often - typically once every 1 to 2 years. You can know if an upgrade is a major one by looking at the version number. If the first part of the number changes, it is a major upgrade. For example, if you have version 3.0.5, then version 4.0.1 is a major upgrade.
I get a new computer, what should I do to move the software I purchased to the new computer?
First please uninstall the software from your old computer. And then please use the backup of you purchased product to install it on your new computer. Use the registration information you got before to register the full version.
